• staying in thermal water should not exceed 20-25 minutes per session

• after bathing, it is necessary to rest for at least one hour, lie down or read, and you do not need to take a shower to allow microelements to be absorbed into the body

• do not drink alcohol during and after bathing

• children under 14 are not recommended to bathe in medicinal water, the active composition of which can have an adverse effect on the unformed hormonal system of the child
