Excursion to Hévíz

It is possible to hold a group excursion in English, if you are no less than 6 people. If you are less than 6 people, then please choose an individual excursion. Thank you for your understanding!

We will travel to Hévíz, where lunch awaits us, and then those who wish can swim in the unique natural thermal lake Hévíz. Hévíz – a world-famous resort, which got its name from having the largest European thermal lake with water of healing properties and a unique composition of silt, which lies in a multi-meter layer at the bottom. The bacterial flora of the sludge emits a weak antibiotic, so there are no pathogenic bacteria in the water. In addition, Hévíz is surrounded by a 50-hectare protected forest, which provides the resort with a special, unique healing microclimate! After bathing, on the way home we will take a short stop in Keszthely at the Festetics Palace. The magnificent family-owned palace is the third largest in the country and is considered the most beautiful and luxurious of the restored palaces in Hungary. After visiting the castle from the outside and walking through the magnificent park, we go back to Budapest.
