Payment must be made immediately after confirmation.
Additional charges apply for special requests like oversized baggage, weapons, special diets, etc.
Cancellation / changes:

Changes or cancellations less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will be treated as a new booking at the urgent rate.

Cancellation less than 48 hours before, or no‑show → 100% penalty.

Orders or changes made within 24 hours before arrival/departure → additional 50% fee applies.
